1925-41151THIS INDENTURE entered into between AL04XANDER LUX and
AMELIA LUX, of the County of San Diego, State of California, the
parties of the first part, and SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT,
a corporation, the party of the second part
WITNES SETH :
That in consideration of the covenants on the part of
the'gan Dieguito Irrigation.District, said second party, hereinafter
contained, said first parties do by these presents grant and convey
to said San Dieguito Irrigation District, its successors and assigns
forever, an easement for right of way over and upon the lands herein-
after described, for the construction, use and maintenance thereon of
a pipe line and conduit and the supports and appurtenances thereof,
convenient and necessary for the purpose and uses of said Irrigation
District, together with the right of ingress and egress over the
adjacent lands of 'the grantors herein to the various points on
said right of way necessary for the work of construction, maintenance
and repair of said pipe line, conduit, supports and appurtenances,
the said right of ingress and egress to be exercised with the
least possible detriment and inconvenience to the lands so
and any damage•to growing crops caused thereby to be compensated for
by said District.
Said pipe line and conduit shall•, wherever practicable, be
placed under ground and covered by the natural soil to a depth
which will not interfere with the cultivation of the land through
which it extends, provided that where it is necessary to t
gradient and construction of said .pipe line and conduit, it may be
carried over arroyas and depressions in said right of way above
ground and upon trestles or other supports.

Road, and the location of the centerline of the said pipe line begins
at a point on said above described premises on the East line of
Section Twenty-six (26), Township Thirteen (13).South, Range Four
(4) West, S..B.M., whence the quarter corner common to said Section
Twenty-six (26) and Section Twenty-five (25), Township Thirteen (13)
South, Range Four (4) West, S.B.M., bears South 0 23 East 992.5
feet;
Thence on 250 foot radius curve to the left 25.68 feet to
4 point,
Thence South 61 54 West 1234.52 feet to a point,
Thence on a 350 foot radius curve to the left 300.34 feet
to a. point,
Thence South 12 49 West 6409 feet to a point,
Thence on a 375 foot radius curve to the right 113.35 feet
to an intersection with the North and South center line of the
NEJ of said Section Twenty-six (26), whence the SW corner of the SEJ
of the M� of said Section Twenty-six (26) bears South 00 24 East
42.72 feet.
In consideration whereof said San Dieguito Irrigation
District hereby agrees to furnish to said parties of the first part
or their successors in interest in the land traversed by said right
of way, the perpetual right to the use of water from its system at a
point of its line over said land to the extent of not to ekaeed
one thousand (1000) gallons per day for domestic use and stock water

But if for any reason, second arty sha 'fail to
furnish, or continue to furnish, water as above provided, it hereby
agrees.to pay to said first parties, or their successors in interest
in said land, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars (")500.00) as considera-
tion for said right of wa'Y and as indemnity for expenses incurred
in utilizing said iiiater.
