NOTICE OF COMPLETION
To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about June 1, 2010, the project known as
The Demolition of Structures, Other Facilities and Clearing and Grubbing on the Hall Property
which encompassed pre-demolition asbestos and lead paint remediation, deconstruction, demolition
and removal of five separate single-story residences of mixed construction type, demolition and
removal of ten existing storage outbuildings, the demolition and removal of two metal butler
buildings, demolition and removal of masonry walls, removal of concrete slabs and asphalt concrete
pavement, and all other appurtenant work as called out on the Demolition Plan was completed by
the contractor R.B. Holt, Inc..
