to chapter 1350 et seq. of California Civil Code, consisting of: (i) h e descrip-
tion or survey map of the surface of the land included with the project,
attached hereto and incorporated herein, as such description is set forth upon
or constituted by a portion of Module "E" of Lot I of Map 13417, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on April 25, 1997, as shown
and recorded on the Cambria at Encinitas Ranch, Phase 3 Condominium Plan,
recorded September 30, 1997, as F/P 1997-0484531, (ii) the diagrammatic floor
plans of the building or buildings to be built on said land, as said diagrammatic
floor plans are attached to this Certificate, and which diagrammatic floor plans
are hereby by reference incorporated herein; and (iii) this Certificate.
This Condominium Plan Certificate amends, supersedes and replaces pages 9, 10,
14 and 15 of the Condominium Plan for Cambria at Encinitas Ranch Phase 3
recorded September 30, 1997 as Document No. 1997-0484531 to correct the
boundary lines of Residential Unit 26 and 27 only.
