To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about September 8, 2010, the
project known as the Public Improvements for the Paul Ecke Elementary Safe Routes to
School project (CMS08G), consisting of the furnishing and installation of those public
improvements including sidewalk, curb and gutter, and pedestrian ramps, and other
miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which Western Dirt was the
contractor, and Contractors Bondin and Insurance Company was the surety, was
