thereto, to remove soil and other materials within said right-of-way and to use the same in

the constrtaction, reconstruction and maintenance of said sewer lines or structures
incidental thereto; tagether with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom over
said easement and over such other routes as Grantor may specif,y, provided said routes are
practical, across Grantor's land.
To have and to hold said easement and right-of-way unto itself and unto its successors and
assigns forever, toqether with the, right to conve,y said easement, or any portion of said
easement, to other public aqencies.
The real property referred to herein and made sub.7ect to said easement and right-of-way by
this grant is situated in the City of Encinitas, County of San Diego, State of California,

the canstruction, reconstruction and maintenance of said sewer lines ar structures
inciciental thereto; together with the riqht of ingress thereto and egress therefrom over
said easement and over such other routes as Grantor may specify, provided said routes are
practieal, across Grantor's land.
To have and to hold said easement and right-of-way unto itself and unto its successars and
assigns forever, together with the right to convey said easement, or any portian of said
easement, to other public aqencies.
