To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about September 10, 2008, the
project known as the "Project CMSOOD, public improvements of Leucadia Boulevard
Traffic Safety and Pedestrian Improvements Phase I, consisting of the furnishing and
installation of those public improvements including walkway paving, drainage, and other
miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which 3-D Enterprises was the
contractor, and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America was the surety, was
completed.
