YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about October 8, 2009, the project
known as the "Project CMS08F, Cardiff Alley Improvements", consisting of the furnishing
and installation of those public improvements including ac and pcc paving, storm drain,
striping, and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which Palm
Engineering Construction Co., Inc. was the contractor, and the Ohio Casualty Insurance
Company, Inc. was the surety, was completed.
