IN COMPLIANCE:
The Planning and Building Director of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcel of real
property described below has been divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. The parcel
described herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map
Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant to the Act. Development of the parcel may require
issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
This Certificate of Compliance consolidates the underlying lots as described herein (Exhibit "A") into
one lot. All underlying lots are located within the Rural Residential-2 (RR-2) zone, and the resulting
lot will comply with all standards set forth in the Municipal Code for the RR-2 zone.
