NOTICE OF COMPLETION
To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about July 17, 2009, the project
known as the demolition of the abandoned building (old gas station) at 505 S. `Vulcan Ave
and expansion of City Hall parking lot,(CMF08B), consisting of the furnishing and
installation of those public improvements including paving, striping, and other
miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which Whillock Contracting,
Inc., was the contractor, and Insurance Company of the West was the surety, was
completed.
