The minimum yard area setbacks are 20 feet for the front, 10 feet for the interior sides, 15 feet for the street sides, and 25 feet for the rear. The maximum lot coverage is 40%. Under this Certificate of Compliance, each of the lots referenced below are found to be compliant with these zoning standards.
