Cameron moved, Guerin seconded to approve the following mid-year adjustments to the
Capitallmpruvement Pro~ram:
1. Ran~ho Santa Fe Realilmment At Encinitas Blvd. - Reduce Project Budget From
S600,000 To S25,000 And Transfei S575,Of:O To Proposed Olivenhain Road
Widening Project.
2. Olh:enhain Road Widening - Create New Project And Appropriate $575,000 Of
Trau:;net Funds PreviQusly Appropriated To The Rancho Santa Fe Realignment
Project.
3. fivic Center Roof Rehabilitation Yroiect - Authorize Early Appropriation Of
$35,000.
4. SDWn Water Rate :;tu.!h: - Appropriate Additional $40.000 From Th~ SDWD
Rcplaccm(:n~ FQnd ror The SDWD Water Rate Study & Transfer The Project From
The Operatili~ Budget To The Capital Improvement Program.
5. Rancho Santa Fe Turn Pockets Proiect - Appl"Opriat~ Additional $66,000 To The
Rancho Santa Fe Turn Pockets Project For Future Landscaping Improvements.
