To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about May 26, 2009, the project
known as the "Project CFF04D, construction of Fire Station located at 801 Orpheus
Avenue, consisting of the demolition of pre-existing building and the construction of a new
7,256 square foot, two-story building in the City of Encinitas, in which HAR Construction,
Inc. was the contractor, and Western Surety Co .papy was surety, was completed.
