PROCEIDURES FOR ADDRESSING THE COUNCIL•
Each speaker is aYlowed three (3) minutes to address the City Council.
There are three major components of the Agenda:
CONSENT CALENUAR - Items on each Coasent Calendar are matters which are
routine, and it is anticipated they will not be discussed separately. With a moNon "to
adopt the Consent Calendar" the City Council approves all Coaseat Calendar Staft
recommendatioas, as shown on the agenda. items may be rerur,ved for discussina by
submitting a"FINK" speaker slip to the City Clerk. NOTE: A MAXIMUyt OF TWO
TIME DONATIONS PEIi SPEAKER (9 MINUTES TOTAL)
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: 15 nninutes are set aside at each meetiag for eitizens
who wish to address an issue not on the agenda. The law precludes the Council from
taking action npon such non-agenda items. These items will be referred to the City
Manager. Time donations are not permitted durinE Oral Commiunications. Piease
submit a"WHITE" speaker slip to the City Clerk.
REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS: If you evish to address any itern on the ReguYar i,
agenda, please submit a"PINK" speaker slip to the City Clerk prior to the
