The City shall pay The Authority, as San Dieguito 's
agent, for all water delivered to San Dieguito t1i'mough the
Olivenhain connection.
2. Except as hereinabove expressly set forth, the
provisions of said 1956 Contract, as wodified by a certain
agreement executed in April, 1963 by the City, San Dieguito
and Santa Fe, are bereby expressly ratified and confirmed.
IN WITNESS TAWREOF, this agreement is executed by
