To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about March 5, 2009, the project
known as the "Project CMD06B, public improvements for repair of Gabions in Cottonwood
Creek east of Third Street by B&D Construction Company, Inc., consisting of the
furnishing and installation of those public improvements including walkway paving, gabion
repair and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which B&D
Construction Company, Inc. was the contractor, and Westchester Fire Insurance
Company was the surety, was completed.
