NOTICE OF COMPLETION
To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about December 31, 2008, the
project known as the Projects CMD05E and CMD0813, public improvements of Windsor
Dr. and Urania Ave. Storm Drain Improvements Project and the NCTD Drainage Channel
Improvement Project, consisting of the furnishing and installation of those public
improvements including paving, drainage, and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in
the City of Encinitas, in which Don Hubbard Contracting Company, Inc. was the contractor,
and SureTec Insurance Company was the surety, was completed.
