NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Assessor's Parcel Nos. 216-063-56/to 63,/ Agreement No. A-0069
1. California Cove at Encinitas, LLC entered into a lien covenant for the benefit of the San Dieguito
Water District. The "Lien Covenant Regarding Real Property: Improvements Required as Condition on
Final Approval of Subdivision of Real Property", was recorded with the County Recorder of the County of
San Diego as Document No.2004-0101764 on February 9, 2004. The Covenant detailed the requirements
for the construction and installation of an 8-inch water main, 4-inch water main, 1 new fire hydrant, and
new services and appurtenances, within the subdivision known as Sheridan Estates in the City of
Encinitas.
2. Said Covenant, including the plans and specifications for said improvements, is on file in the
Office of the Clerk of the Board of Directors.
3. Said improvements were completed by the owners and accepted by the San Dieguito Water
District Board of Directors on the 27th day of June, 2007.
4. Subdivision Bond No. SU 5005792 from ARCH Insurance Company in the amount of $28,500.00
may be released at this time. The District will retain Cash in the amount of $9,500.00, which shall be
released at the end of the one-year warranty period.
5. All requirements of said Agreement have hereby been satisfied except for warranty.
6. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of Directors nor this Notice constitute a
waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said improvements.
