To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about September 15, 2008, the
project known as the "Project CMF07C, Public Works Facility Tenant Improvements,
consisting of the construction and installation of those improvements including office
construction, enhancements to the maintenance buildings and construction of crew
facilities and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which The
Augustine Company was the contractor, and the Guarantee Company of North America
was the surety, was completed.
