To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about September 10, 2008, the
project known as the "Project CMS08A, PAVEMENT REHABILITATION AND OVERLAY
PROJECT FY 2007-2008, consisting of the furnishing and installation of those public
improvements including paving, striping, and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the
City of Encinitas, in which All American Asphalt was the contractor, and Fidelity and
Deposit Company of Maryland was the surety, was completed.
