Meeting was called to order by Chair Gagliardo at 5:41 p.m.

4. APPROVAL OF SEPT 8, 2008 MEETING MINUTES
ACTION:
COMMISSIONERS VAN HAITSMA MOVED AND THUM SECONDED TO APPROVE
THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 8, 2008 AS AMENDED:

Chair Gagliardo confirmed with Arts Administrator Gilliam that renderings were requested from the
artists regarding the proposed artwork for the library courtyard: , -

Arts Administrator Gilliam reported that four new exhibits were displayed this last month.

Commissioner Lemen discussed progress being made on the Russian Art Exhibit.
Arts Administrator Gilliam indicated that he would like to revisit the Commission's goals and
strategic priorities.
