ITEM #2 Richard Phillips provided an overview of Downtown Stakeholders meeti_n.g. Noted
Update on Downtown Stakeholders Meeting that three workshops are scheduled before Stakeholders meeting with City Council.
Richard explained process for surveying and interviewing stakeholders, including
residents, merchants, property owners.
ITEM 43 Michael Young, formerly a planner from Toledo, Ohio, has been appointed and will
