To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about August 8, 2008, the project, known
as the "ENCINITAS COMMUNITY LIBRARY" (CMF96B) consisting of a 26,798 square foot
public library building and related on-site and off-site public improvements, in which C.E. Wylie
Construction Company was the general contractor and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of
America was the surety, was completed.
