(DA 84 -13). This application proposes annexation of an 0.09 acre parcel which is a portion of a legal parcel; the other portion is already within the sanitation district boundaries. This parcel is zoned R -V -I1 which allows 10.88 DUA. The community plan designation for this area is Residential 7 which also allows 10.88 dwelling units per acre. This parcel cannot be subdivided. (2) The Commission hereby approves the annexation with modified boundaries, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. (3) The boundaries of the territory as described in Exhibit "A" are definite and certain. (4) The boundaries of the territory do conform to lines of assessment and ownership.
