SUMMARY OF REQUEST/ REPORT: On January 10, 1983, the Local Agency Formation Commission approved this annexation and authorized your Board to complete the annexation proceedings (DA82 -36). Application for this annexation was submitted at the request of two individual property owners. The Smith property is improved with one single family dwelling having a subsur- face sewage disposal system which the property owner wants to abandon in favor of the public sewer system. The Jensen property is vacant and the owner proposes to build one single family dwelling thereon. The existing sewer line is in the street adjacent to these parcels. Both properties are zoned R -V- 11(10.88) dwelling units per acre; (DUA). The community plan designation is Residential -7 (10.9 DUA).
