PROPERTY OWNER SHALL MAINTAIN THIS CONDITION.
2. BUILDING PERMITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUBJECT
PROPERTY UNLESS THE APPROPRIATE AGENCY DETERMINES THAT SEWER AND WATER
FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE.

CERTIFICATION TO THE CITY THAT ADEQUATE WATER SERVICE AND SEWER FACILITIES,
RESPECTIVELY, ARE AVAILABLE TO THE PROJECT AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION
FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT, AND THAT WATER AND SEWER CAPACITY AND FACILITIES
WILL CONTINUE TO BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE TIME OF OCCUPANCY.
5. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY BUILDING PERMITS THE FOLLOWING
IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE COMPLETED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE CITY ENGINEER-

THESE NEIGHBORHOODS SHALL BE COMPLETED. REQUIRED ONSITE IMPROVEMENTS
SHALL BE AS DIRECTED BY THE CITY ENGINEER.
B. THE DOWNSTREAM DETENTION BASIN AND STORM DRAIN INFRASTRUCTURE AS
