That portion of Lot 24 of Ridgeway Heights, in the city of Encinitas, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to the Map thereof No. 2163, filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County, July 3 1929, and as shown on the Record of
Survey of said Ridgeway Heights, filed for the purpose of correcting errors in the original
map, being Record of Survey No. 1193, filed in the Office of said County Recorder,
September 20, 1945, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 24,; THENCE, west along the south
boundary line of said Lot 24 South 8go57'30"West 2.23 feet to a point that is 2.00 feet at
right angles to the westerly right of way line of Rubenstein Avenue as shown on said
Record of Survey, said right of line being the easterly boundary line of said Lot 24;
THENCE, northwesterly and parallel with said right of way line North 26028'40" West
151.23 feet to a point on the north boundary line as described in a Grant Deed recorded
June 4, 1991 per Doc.# 1991-0264032 of Official Records; THENCE, east along said
boundary line North 8go57'30" East 2.23 feet to a point on said westerly right of way
line; THENCE, southeasterly along said right of way line South 26<>>28'40" East 151.23
