The real property that is resultant from the Lot Line Adjustment, and which is more particularly described and identified in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached to this Certificate of Compliance, may be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant to the Act. Development of the parcels may require the issuance of permits or other grants of approval. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 24.70 - Lot Line Adjustments of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code, the recordation of a certificate of compliance shall complete the process for an approved lot line adjustment application.
