To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about January 14, 2008, the project
known as the "Project CMS04D, public improvements for the North Coast Highway 101
Sidewalks, consisting of the furnishing and installation of those public irnprovements
including street paving, drainage, and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of
Encinitas, in which Bonsall Construction Services was the contractor, and Western
Insurance Company was the surety, was completed.
