EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC HIGHWAY
An easement for public highway and incidents thereto
upon, over, and across that fifteen-foot-wide strip
of land lying southwesterly and at right angles and
parallel to the northeasterly boundary of Lot 109 of
Map No. 7832 recorded December 27, 1973 in the
Office of the County Recorded of San Diego County as
File No. 73-35622, in the State of California; said
northeasterly boundary described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot
109 of Map No. 7832, said point being the True Point
of Beginning and said point being on a non-tangent
500-foot radius curve concave northeasterly to which
a radial bears North 65009'09" East; thence
southerly along said curve and boundary through a
central angle of 37023'34" a distance of 326.21
feet; thence continuing along said northeasterly
boundary South 62014'08" East a distance of 200.00
feet to the beginning of a 500-foot radius curve
concave southwesterly; thence along said curve and
boundary a distance of 168.56 feet through a central
angle of 19018'55" to the southeasterly corner of
said Lot 109. The sidelines of said 15-foot strip
are to be lengthened or shortened to extend to the
northerly line and southwesterly line of said Lot
109.
