To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about November 20,2007, the project
known as the "Project CMS06C, public improvements for the Bonita Drive Improvements,
consisting of the furnishing and installation of those public improvements including street paving,
drainage, and other miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which Sierra Pacific
West, Inc. was the contractor, and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America was the
surety, was completed.
