NOTICE OF COMPLETION
To all Subcontractors, Laborers, Material Men and Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about November 9,2007, the project
known as the "Project CEE07C, for the Highway 101 Sewer Force Main Replacement-
Phase III, consisting of the furnishing and installation of those public improvements
including a new 14 inch PVC Sewer Force Main, street paving, drainage, and other
miscellaneous appurtenant work in the City of Encinitas, in which Dietrich Corporation was
the contractor, and Suretec Insurance Company was the surety, was completed.
