Housing Coordinator Brown reviewed the steps necessary for
establishing and organizing the Housing Authority. She said if
Council adopted the by-laws and seal, the next step would be to
elact officers and determine a five year program.
DuVivier moved, Davis seconded to adopt Resoluticns 94-01 and 94-
02. Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Davi~, DUVivier, Hano, Wiegand;
Nays: None; Absent: None.
Duvivier moved, Hano seconded to hold the workshop on April 6th, at
7100 P.M. Motion ~Arried. Ayes: Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Hano,
W!eqand; Nays: None; Absent: None.
