Status report on implementation of Section 8 Voucher Program with North Coast Housing.
ISSUE:
Whether to accept report.
BACKGROUND:
Board executed llJl Annual Contributions Contract (ACe) with the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development (HUD) on February 1, 1995. A three year administrative contract with North
Coast Housing was signed on April 11, 1995.

ANALYSIS:
North Coast Housing has hired staff and begun implementation of the Section 8 Voucher Program.
NCH will be present at the May 24, 1995, meeting to provide a verba1'report of their pmgress in
establishing the waiting list and leasing the units.

There are no fiscal nor staff impa~ts.
