CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Council Member Houlihan called the meeting to order at 11 :06 A.M. Self-introductions were
made.

AGENDA ITEM
1. SUBCOMMITTEE UPDATES
· Historv and Historical Preservation Resource Brochure:
Kenneth Hayward reported that the subcommittee was not able to meet. He would bring the draft
brochure to the next meeting.
· Web site Database Subcommittee:
Blair Gibb presented the current draft website to the subcommittee. The website was no longer
just a portal, it would be a website on its own with information on the History without Walls
Subcomittee. It would also include items such as Events, Contacts, and links to various
organizations.
Council Member Houlihan, Jim Gilliam, Peder Norby, Lois Sunrich would meet to discuss
funding.

· Event and Marketine Subcommittee:
Council Member Houlihan indicated that the subcommittee continued to work on ideas for the
20th anniversary historical festival. She indicated that members of the Senior Foundation had
agreed to assist with the various activities that would be planned. Additionally, Carol Ashwoth
would help coordinate next year's events.
Council Member Houlihan reported that she would like to have a pin wit~ the 20th anniversary
celebration logo on it. The logo could be used for all of the events that are held within the City
throughout the year.
