Also Present: Facilitator Suzanne Foucault, City Manager Kerry Miller, City
Attorney Glenn Sabine, Arts Administrator Jim Gilliam, Secretary

2. TEAM BUILDING
All Commissioners participated in team building exercises.
3. DISCUSSION OF THE BROWN ACT
A presentation was given by City Attorney Glenn Sabine regarding the Brown Act.
Discussion ensued. No action taken.

4. GOAL SETTING
There was consensus by the Commission to adopt the following goals for
FY2005/06:
NEA grant project
Community Theater
Public Art Policy
Public art installation
Revised grant process
