Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 19; thence North along the West
line of said lot, 200 feet to an iron stake; thence East parallel with the South
line of said lot 50 feet to an iron stake; thence South parallel to said West
line of said lot 200 feet to the South line of said lot and Woodley Road to an
iron pin; thence West along the South line of said lot, along said Woodley Road
50 feet to an iron pin and the point of beginning.
