This is to certify that a portion of the interests in real property as
reserved for public recreational trail purposes, public utility easement and
easement for access and future sewer improvements as described in
Resolution No. 2000-13 are hereby accepted. This acceptance is limited to
document number 75-253166 recorded September 17, 1975, document number 76-
191854 recorded June 21, 1976, document number 79-021374 recorded January
15, 1979, and that portion of Copper Crest Road and the northerly
prolongation of the westerly line lying within Dusty Trail of document
number 81-049350 recorded February 19, 1981. Also accepting for Recreational
Trail Purposes that portion of Dusty Trail as described in document number
79-191206 recorded May 9, 1979.
Said Resolution 2000-13 Vacating Irrevocable Offers of Dedication was
approved by the City Council of the City of Encinitas on February 9, 2000,
and recorded as document number 2000-0160599 on March 30, 2000, all said
documents being recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
I certify on behalf of the City Council of the City of Encinitas, pursuant
to authority conferred by Resolution No. 94-107 of said City Council adopted
on November 9, 1994 that the City of Encinitas consents to the making of the
foregoing acceptance, and consents to recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officer.
