BACKGROUND:
011 February 22. 1999. the Director of C0n11iiUiiity Development approved, subject to cOilditiortS,
Tentative Parcel Map No. 98-139. a tentative parcel map of a subdivision creating 4 single family
residential Jots and a remainder par<:el in Olivenhain.
To serve this project the subdivider has offered to dedicate a public sewer main and ea~emen~ to
the C<~rdiff Sanitation District. See Exhibit 'A' for the vicinity map, Also, see the attached final
parcel map for more particulars on easement location. The sewer main will be COI1StruCtP.d to
district standards.

An easement has been granted to the Cardiff Sanitation District on the firlal map for cons~ruction,
maintenance. and repair of sewer structurps. A covenant has been executed by the subdivider to
ensure the pnposed sewer improvem':nts are cOlliiiructed, installed and inspected in confotmance
with district standards for public sc;wer main.'i.
RES_OMMENDATION:
It is re~'ummended that the Board of Directors accepts the sewer easement into the Cadlff
Sanitation District and authorizes the Clerk of the Board to sign the final map :md to sign th~
covenant 10 secure the St~wer improven,:.a1t3.
