RESOLUTION NO. 91- 62
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
DEDICATING A PORTION OF CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1975, the County of San Diego purchased
the property described in Exhibit "A" for the purpose of
constructing S.A. 680.
WHEREAS, in 1985, County of San Diego Tract No. 3967 recorded
and dedicated Camino Del Rancho and Calle Anacapa both of which
intersect within the County-owned property.
WHEREAS, the fee simple ownership of the property was
transferred to the City of Encinitas when it incorporated on
October 1, 1986.
WHEREAS, the property to the north of the City property is
being subdivided by approved Tentative Map No. 89~297 and will need
the dedicated public right-of-way for access.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REsoLvED that the City Council of the
City of Encinitas dedicate to the public the portion of City-owned
property as described in Exhibit "A" for use as a public right-of-
way.

A portion of Lot 18 of Rancho Las Encinitas, the City of
Encinitas, County of San Diego, State of California,accord-
ing to Map thereof No.848, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County June 27,1898. Described as
follows.
Beginning st the intersection of the centerline of Camino
Del Rancho with the easterly boundary line of the County of
San Diego Tract No. 3967 according to Map thereof No. 11532
filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County on June 11, 1986; thence along the easterly boundary
line of said Map No. 11532, South 14" 10' 29" West, 32.00
feet to a point which lies in the southerly sideline of
said street, being 30.00 feet from said centerline measured
at right angles thereto; thence North 83e48' 12" East, on a
prolongation of said Southerly sideline, 163.86 feet to the
beginning of a tangent 180.00 foot radius curve concave
northwesterly; thence northeasterly along the arc of said
curve through a central angle of 69°48' 12", 219.29 feet;
