A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ENCINITAS
RANCH GOLF AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING CHANGING THE AMENDED
BYLAWS DATED JANUARY 23, 2003
WHEREAS, the Encinitas Ranch Golf Authority (ERGA) ByLaws call for
regular meetings on the on fourth Thursday of the month; and
WHEREAS, under Article III; Section 1 (Directors) change A.3. from City
Community Services Director to Parks and Recreation Director of City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Director of the Encinitas
Ranch Golf Authority to change the regular meeting date to the Fourth Tuesday of the
Month at 4:00 p.m. at Encinitas City Hall and the Directors name change from City
Community Services Director to Parks and Recreation Director of City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of August, 2007 by the following vote
to wit:
AYES: Cota- Robles, Cotton, Dean, Hazeltine and Jacob.
