CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairman Kaiser reconvened the adjourned meeting of April 22, 199 at 3:15 p.m. at the site
of the Hole 14, Encinitas Ranch Golf Course.
Directors Present: Edward Kaiser, Susan Lamson, Robert Acker, Alan Archibald, David
Wigginton, being all ofthe directors.
Also present: Manager Jim Benson; Scott Bentley, Rod Linville and Mark Warren of
J.e. Resorts; Jack Robson of Cornerstone Communities and Randy
Safino of Hunsaker; Greg Shields, Jim Knowlton, Diane Langager and
Phil Cotton of City of Encinitas.

1. View site of hole 14 and review proposed changes.
A general discussion took place as to site constraints and various alternatives that
might be considered.

At 4:33 p.m. Chairman Kaiser adjourned the meeting to 3 :00 p.m., Thursday, April 29,
1999 at the Encinitas Civic Center.
