CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairman Kaiser called the special meeting of the Board of Directors to order at 5:30 p.m.
Directors Present: Edward Kaiser, Susan Lamson, Alan Archibald, Lauren Wasserman and
David Wigginton, being all of the directors.
Also Present:
Legal Counsel Tim Thomas and Manager Jim Benson.
