It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards for conforming lots, pursuant to Section 30.16.010 of the City of Encinitas MUnicipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance is '- adjusting two existing legal lots as described herein. The parcels do not meet the one-acre minimum applicable to the RR-I zoning district. However, the adjustment does not change the ne~ area of either of the two parcels, with Parcel "A" having 17,358 sq. ft., and Parcel "B" having 38,528 sq. ft.
