The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels of
real property described below have been divided or have resulted from a division in compliance with
the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards for conforming lots, pursuant to
Section 30.16.010 of the City of Encinitas MUnicipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance is
'- adjusting two existing legal lots as described herein. The parcels do not meet the one-acre minimum
applicable to the RR-I zoning district. However, the adjustment does not change the ne~ area of
either of the two parcels, with Parcel "A" having 17,358 sq. ft., and Parcel "B" having 38,528 sq. ft.
