IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has
determined that the parcel of real property described below has
been divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas
Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the
standards of nonconforming lots pursuant to section 30.76.050 of
the city of Encinitas Municipal Code. This certificate of
Compliance is adjusting the lot described herein. Although the
resulting lot of .46 acres (net) will be below the Zoning Ordinance
requirements for NET area (.5 Acres) in the ~-2 Use Regulations as
of this date, the boundary adjustment does not intensify the
existing nonconforming condition of the original lot configuration
which .was .3 acres (net). t
