IN COMpLIANCE
The Director of Community Development has determined that the two
parcels of real property described below have been divided or have
resulted from a diVision in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act
and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the
standards for nonconforming lots pursuant to Section 30.76.080 of
the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. This certificate of
Compliance is merging the two lots described herein. The resulting
lot of approximately 46,763 sq. ft. will be substandard for the
Zoning Ordinance requirement for the Rural Residential Zone as of
this date~ However, the merging of two existing legal lots into
one legal lot will enable the resulting lot to have development
flexibility.
