IN COMPLIANCE
The Director of the Planning and Community Development Department
has determined that the three parcels of real property described
below HAVE been divided or HAVE resulted from a division in
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the
City of Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that Parcels A, B, and C described below,
meet the Zoning Ordinance requirement for NET area in the R-3
(14,500 sq. ft.) zone, with areas, respectively, of approximately
30492 sq. ft., 18730.8 sq. ft., and 14810.4 sq.ft. Parcels A and
B are a result of Boundary Adjustment B77-0935 approved by the
