(section 66499.35 of the Government Code)
IN COMPLIANCE
The Director of Planning and Community Development has determined
that the two parcels of real property described below HAVE been
divided or HAVE resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas
Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property, Parcel A meets
the standards for conforming lots pursuant to Section 30.16.010(A)
of the City of Encini tas Municipal Code. This lot of 40,188 square
feet meets the standard for the Zoning Ordinance requirement for
NET area (21,500 sq. ft.) in the RR-2 Use Regulation as of this
date. subject property, Parcel B, with a net area of 18,385 sq.
ft. meets the standards for nonconforming lots pursuant to section
30.76.080 of the city of Encinitas Municipal code. The Boundary
Adjustment described herein was approved by Resolution of the
Leucadia Community Advisory Board on August 13, 1987.
