IN COMPLIANCE
The Director of Planning and Community Development has determined
that the two parcels or real property described below HAVE been
divided or HAVE resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas
Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the
standards for conforming lots pursuant to Section 30.16.010(A) of
the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. The Boundary Adjustment
described herein was approved by Resolution No. C-89-005 of the
Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board on the 9th day of
January 1989. The resulting lots meet the standard of the Zoning
Ordinance Requirements for legal non-conforming status and the lots
have not increased in non-conformity.
