Conway & Associates, Inc., a California corporation, having entered
into two Agreements for the benefit of the city of Encinitas,
successor-in-interest to the County of San Diego, ("CITY"
hereinafter) which was recorded with the County Recorder of
the County of San Diego as Document No. 86-376439 and No. 86-376440
both on August 28, 1986, and CITY having determined that the
obligations set forth in those Agreements have been fully and
satisfactorily completed, CITY hereby releases said Agreements.
