RELEASE OF COVENANT REGARDING
AGREEMENT TO PAY FEES
M/M Farnham having entered into a covenant for the benefit of
the City of Encinitas ("City" hereinafter) which was recorded with
the County Recorder of the County of San Diego as Document No. 87-
403776 on July 20, 1987, and CITY having determined that the
obligations set forth in that covenant have been fully and
satisfactorily completed, CITY hereby releases said covenant.
